General Information

Evolution Dance Company is proud to teach your child and give them a great experience through their dance journey! Safety, respect, and communication is our goal at EDC! We are here to make this easy for you! Class sizes are small so every student can receive more individualized attention and interaction from the teacher. 

Attendance should be consistent and something that is very important. Every class should be another opportunity to learn and grow as a dancer. Please call/text or email the studio if your child is going to be tardy or absent. 

Tuition is paid monthly and depending on what program your child is enrolled in. Tuition is paid no later then the 15th of each month. Payments can be made through your Dance Studio pro account, cash, or checks. Email us about programs/classes and prices. 

All dancers must wear appropriate dance wear to every class. Hair should be securely pulled up for every class. No jewelry or baggy clothing. Primary/ Beginner & all Ballet classes should wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Acrobatic Arts program should wear a leotard, tights or shorts. Hip Hop classes can wear sweatpants and sneakers. You are welcomed to order dance wear and dance shoes through our studio. 

Kindness over Everything!! Please respect all students, teachers, and families at our studio.  Good behavior and sportsmanship is expected from all EDC members. Treat others how you would want to be treated. 

Evolution Dance Company follows NBPS when it comes to canceling for snow days. If they cancel we most likely will. You will be notified on our Facebook page & website. Please call/text us to make sure we are closed! We are closed Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Vacation, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend. 

Make up classes or private lessons are always an option if your child has missed class. Snow days will be rescheduled. Please call/text or email if you are interested in scheduling for a private lesson. 

Each year in June we have annual Recital. The students perform dance routines they learned the second half of the year. During the first half of the season our staff works on technique, and a variety of choreography and fun combinations with our students.
